Voice Mind Counseling believes in making quality mental health services affordable for all clients. Individual, 50-minute sessions cost $120 with sliding scale options for a limited number of clients. We do not accept insurance but can provide information for out-of-network benefits with your insurance plan. Life Coaching services can vary in time, frequency and price. Please contact us directly to further discuss fees and payment options. Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges
The law requires healthcare professionals to provide clients without or those opting out of utilizing insurance a detailed estimate of fees. Please ensure that your provider reviews a customized Good Faith Estimate report with you prior to your scheduled service. We also recommend maintaining a copy of the report for your own personal records. Following this requirement decreases chances that clients will receive "surprise bills" that include unanticipated charges. If you happen to receive a bill that is at least $400 in excess to the estimated total on your Good Faith Estimate, please note that you can dispute the bill.
